Responsibilities
Conduct Basic Research: Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather user data.
Literature Review: Review existing research, analytics, and other data to prepare for more comprehensive studies.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviour, and pain points.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of research processes, insights, and recommendations
User Personas: Help in the creation and refinement of user personas based on research findings.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior User Researchers, UX Designers, and Product Managers to understand research objectives and implications for the product.
Presentation Skills: Prepare materials that communicate research findings in a clear and effective manner.
Usability Testing: Support the setup and execution of usability tests, and help analyze the results.
Ethical Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with industry ethical standards and company policies.
